Brother, I can share your feeling on your BPR project. I am a mgt consultant and always face the same problems. But learn from failure experience, I more understand that BPR is no longer a organizational re-structure, instead it is something more about power balancing. Now when I come up with these kind of projects, identifying source of power and getting their support is the critical success factor to the project implmentation. If not, believe me, you better change your project objective and don't waste your time and effort. Because, waste your time on a never success project is just killing your time, which is nothing value to you. |
