Peter:Could you introduce me  to the manager?
Susanf course.Mr.king...Mr White,let me introduce you to Mr.Peter King,the new clerk in your department.
White:How do you do.I'am Alex White.we are going to working together.
Peter:How do you do.I've been looking forward to meeting you,Mr White.

原来用了Could you introduce me  to the manager?这显得很有礼貌，另外你也可以这样说：
I have not met your managing director yet.
I don't know anyone here.you'll have to introduce me.

需要你把某人介绍给其他人，你也可以这样说
Let me introduce you to our Managing Director.
I'll introduce you to our managing director,this is Mr.johnson,our MD.

为了加深对方的印象，你也可以加上你对对方的赞扬
I've heard a lot about you.久闻大名
Glad to meet you.或Pleased to meet you.

告别语
It was very nice to have met you.
It was nice meeting you.
Hope to see you again.

而never mind是对道歉的回答，是不能用来回答感谢的。
