<p> 有一个老板曾经问我：怎样才能把他企业做好。我问了他一个问题：“您觉得你这些年来成功的因素是什么？”，他说了几个，然后又问我“可是我没有达到我预期的目标，我该怎么办呢？”</p>

<p> 我有问了他一个问题：“您觉得你没有达到目标的原因是什么呢？有哪些方面没有做好？”，他又说了几个......，接下来，我跟他说“您的企业要发展，请你继续坚持您成功的因素，而哪些没有做对、做好的事情只要反过来做就好了”。（所有的事情都是一体两面的，就象牛根生的母亲所说的“要想知道，打个颠倒”......）。</p>
