<p>除去睡眠，每天工作和生活的时间应该是一样的，如果工作更多的占用了生活的时间，就不要谈80/20法则了！</p>

整个体系的核心就是快乐，一种更加科学的快乐，可以持续的快乐，无论是工作还是生活都是为了快乐。锻炼身体、补充精神营养、做事都是以快乐为支撑的，同时也能使您工作和生活更加快乐，这些本身就是生活的一部分。用了80/20原则后，您可以在同样的时间内做更多更有效的事情。如果做同样的工作，那么你休息的时间会更多。我主张工作和生活分开，是为了目标更加单一。每个人对于工作和生活的比例是不一样的，只要快乐就行。如果把锻炼身体、补充精神营养作为工作的一部分，那么您的生活又是什么呢？<br/><br/>
