男女搭配干活不累!这也是非常重要的,我在组建项目团队时,一般会安排一两个女孩。在IT技术团队里,女的比例比较小,但从沟通技巧、服从程度、思维模式上,女的有自己的特点,能让团队更融洽。不仅仅是异性相吸的问题。
