When outsourcing deals to offshoring destinations like India. Philippines, and the like, the chances of having cultural difference is high due to difference in backgrounds and values.
One of the ways to beat culture difference is to make sure that you identify the different aspects wherein most people do not seem to agree. In her article, Dr. Karine Schomer identified the 5 different challenges that every outsourcing deal has probably gone through in its duration.

In order to overcome such challenges, a sense of "cultural awareness" should be observed in every outsourcing transaction as well as respect towards colleagues and employees no matter where they came from.
