JD：
Manage company financial budget
Control operational cost
Develop & Implement company financial policies and procedures, and ensure it to be executed accordingly.
Manage financial booking and reporting accurately.
Manage relationships with other business unit and external government offices e.g. auditors, financial bureau, bank etc.
Prepare cash forecast & cash flow report
Implement management report system
职位要求：
Bachelor degree or above, with major in finance, MBA is a plus
At lease 10 years finance experience and 3 years in managerial position in banking industry. Working experience in auditing firms (big 4) preferred;
Result oriented attitude
Good command of English both in oral and written;
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Related professional certificates are required
good communication and coordination skill
