Leading the Business Development & Asset Management team, you will be responsible

for:

. Overall planning and implementation of the company’s expansion and asset

management strategies

. Sourcing, evaluating and structuring of investment proposals and management

contracts

. Conducting market reviews and feasibility studies

. Coordinating projects to achieve cost effectiveness and timely completion

. Establishing strategic business alliances with other companies

Frequent travel within China is expected. You should have at least a Degree in a

financial discipline with a minimum 8 years’ experience in deal execution, preferably in

real estate and/or hospitality industry. Fluent written and spoken Mandarin is a

prerequisite
