，美法英更表示支持！而日本入常 最受 伤的无疑是中国，所以从内心来说，中国政府是极不愿意日本加

入安理会的，但 政府不 好直接反对，不好和日本直接对抗，毕竟中日经济依赖性很强，彻底闹僵对中

国不利。 关于这个问题，网上有诸多论述，不在赘述！所以政府这次在中青报大肆刊 登联合国邮箱，估

计就是想借助民间力量，表达反对立场，各位国人同胞，请理解我们的政府，国际间的斗争，都是千丝万

缕互相制约的，政府不能一张反对票了事，这次政府在这件事情上，真的很为难，只有借助民间力量，也

只有我们民间力量强硬 了，政府才有底气，才能理直气壮！ 请花几分钟发一封邮件向安南和联合国总部

直接表达我们的反对立场吧！政府看着 我们，抗战中的几千万亡灵看着我们！

Dear Mr. Annan

My name is **** (姓名拼音）. I am a Chinese and writing to you about my strong opposition

and protest against Japanese bid for the permanent seat in UNSC .

Japan is the country with long term of invading history. During World war II, It has made

the whole Asian suffering, especially our Chinese people. But lack of basic human integrity

and honest, it denies all the atrocities done, killing, rape and robbery. Japanes

preminister even went to visit the top war criminal temple and show respects to them . Where

does He wants to lead its people? Isn't that clear?

A country that is not willing or not able to take the responsibility for what it has done

truthfully, will never be able to be accountable for other countries and for the UN. I have

least trust on them, the Japese, the Liar nation. I am very concerned what the world will be

if a big liar sets the UNSC. Dont you have the same uneasy feeling?

Mr. Annan, I trust you are an honest person and hate lying as we all do. You should end the

dreaming the of big liar to manipulate the world. The world is on you and all the Asian

(except Japan) relies on you. Thanks.
