Job Responsibilities
1.AssistGCC business leaders to Develop Annual Business Operation Plans, QuarterlyForecasts, Monthly Updates & Action Lists；
2.Lead team to prepare various fin reports correctly & timely；
3.Proactively engaged in business discussions to Partner with Business leaders to Identify & Monitor leading Indicators connecting to Business Goals (Lagging Indicators)；
4.Provide timely insightful & meaningful Fin Analysis to predict business issues&  Provide Countermeasure/Improvement Proposals；
5.Frequently interact with executives and/or other senior level managers；
6.Process Champion to streamline both Operation & Finance Process, Develop localized discipline to maintain high integrity of control environment to safe the company assets；
7.Credit Management to balance business growth vs Risk Control & Cash Generation；
8.Develop Team Skill Sets to build up the talent bench.

Qualification Requirements
1.Bachelor Degree of Commerce.MBA is Preferred. IMA/CMA is Plus；
2.At least 15 years of finance experience with progressively responsible roles at US MNCs; 5+ years of those at managerial levels is strongly preferred；
3.Must be a well-rounded leader with the utmost integrity, Possessing Excellent Control & Process Improvement Skills；
4.Track record of creating value-added financial analysis for tangible results；
5.Familiar with China Business Environment/Practice, Tax, and relevant business Regulations；
6.Be Business Partner with effective communication skills (English & Mandarin) to influence senior level in a dynamic environment；
7.Good knowledge of ERP systems, Proficient in Excel .

1.根据公司战略发展需要，主持制定公司财务战略规划；
2.组织领导公司的财务管理、成本管理、预算管理、会计核算、会计监督等财务系统全面工作，加强公司经济管理，提高经济效益；
3.根据公司年度经营计划组织编制公司年度资金计划与融资计划（对接资本市场）；

任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历；
2.10年以上相关工作经验

4.出色的财务分析、融资和资金管理能力、擅长与银行、税务及政策部门进行顺畅的业务交流；
5.财经类相关专业 高级会计师或注册会计师资格优先，必须要有四大会计事务所工作经验者
6.性格稳重、处理稳健、风险意识强烈、善于处理复杂的人际关系，良好的团队精神，能够承受高强度的工作
7.年龄 30－50岁之间
