Introduction:
This company is a global research-driven pharmaceutical products company which focused pharmaceutical produce and sales that seeks competitive advantage in quality, value-added pharmaceutical and personal care and personal use products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with National C&B manager to ensure the compensation and benefits, reward and recognition programs are up-to-date and in line with business strategy;
- As Project Manager to take responsible for the diversify C&B projects;
- Keep abreast of the latest government regulations related to staff compensation & welfare issues and ensure all the Company’s C&B programs comply with such statutory requirements;
- Fully lead C&B Projects planning, management & implementation to achieve the desired project objectives;
- Responsible for the development, implementation of the company compensation and benefits programs;
- Actively involve in both design & implementation process of C&B program and policy;
- Lead C&B Project team with vendors set up the C&B System and new upgrade the different function of C&B development.
Qualification & Experiences:
- University Bachelor’s Degree;
- 5 years solid experiences in C&B function in MNC, with minimum 2 years in supervisory level;
- Hands on experiences in project planning & management as a project leader or core member;
- Good at compensation analysis & policy/program design with in-dept insights in compensation concept &methodology;
- Results-oriented, self-motivated and be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Should be aggressive yet at the same time a team leader;
- Be both mentally and ethically strong. Be capable of in-depth thinking, organized, analytical and detailed-minded.;
- Have flexibility to work confidently & independently with minimum supervision and propose innovative approaches in problem-solving situations.
- Possess high proficiency in both spoken and written English as well as computer applications.
Trainer
Company Name: A global-leading European Manfuaturing Company
Job Title: Trainer
Location: Shanghai
Introduction:
The company has several investments in China, including:
- 1 WOFE in Shanghai with both production and sales;
- 1 R&D and Training center in Shanghai, providing R&D and training services for other operations in China;
- 1 JV in Suzhou with activities in both production and sales;
- 1 WOFE in Suzhou with production.
Main Responsibilities:
- As a “Trainer” deliever the management training and sales training couses to internal clients;
- Setup up annual training plan;
- Implement the training plan and follow up the efficiency;
- Define the special training course for business needs;
- Implement and follow the development plan of key position;
- Implement and follow the development plan of potential talents;
- Drive the application of Performance Management System;
- Follow up the action plan designed according to the feedback from the employees.
Qualification & Experiences:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 2 years expereience on training,
- Understand the training requirements of each department;
- External training information;
- With fluent listening, spoken, reading and writing English skill;
- With good computer skill.
