The year 2003 is almost over and 2004 is fast approaching to us. Although the year 2003 is a very challenging one in the history of XXX Company, we have achieved the pre-set targets. Obviously we could not make the accomplishments we are proud of without your support. On behalf the management office, we want to thank you for your dedication and efforts to the success of our company. We also want to thank your families for their support which made our glory possible.

We're clearly aware of the new challenges ahead and we'll continue to focus our efforts on the improvement of our products and services to our customers. Let's look forward to a prosperous and successful new year together.
