Responsibility

 • Support applications in productions independently by coordinating with Onsite, Offshore ,end users and Customers across Geography
 • Provide resolution of technical problems for customers and work closely with the related business units within the company for in-time feedback and technical support
 • Successfully troubleshoot and provide resolutions for any and all problems assigned to you
 • Root Cause analysis work with other teams and staff to identify root cause of problems and make recommendations on how to stop repeat issues.

Qualifications

 

 Qualifications for Windows Support(Located in Wuhan)

• Windows Operating System -  Enterprise Server, and familiar with Desktop and OS
• Basic Telephony awareness - Familiar with PBX, ISDN, DS1/DS3 etc. Ability to understand the Telephony Network.
• Infrastructure Networking background - basic or better - Understanding WAN, LAN, VLANs, basic subnetting, cabling, VPN.
• Can have familiarity versus well-versed background
• Unix expertise 　
• Team player, but able to function as standalone
• Communication/Listening Skills…. Written and Verbal
• Client-interfacing experience and proven skills in problem-solving/trouble-shooting in IT environments.

 

Qualifications for Mainframe
 
 • Minimum 2 years experience providing support in a CICS, DB2 mainframe environment.
 • Skilled in Cobol programming language.
 • Demonstrated problem solving, resolution and performance monitoring skills.
 • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player. 
 • Must have a positive attitude with a 'can do' approach to both day to day support and challenging new tasks. Must have a strong Customer focus.
 • Excellent English skills in writing & reading, strong English in oral communication
 • Sustain support and ITIL experience is preferable.
 • Able to work night shift
 
 Qualifications for Lotus Support
 • 3+ years of experience in Lotus application(BS or CS)  
 • Excel Lotus Script and JavaScript development
 • Familiar with Lotus Domino
 • Familiar with Share point
 • Having experience in Lotus application integration with other system such as SAP
 • Have conceptual knowledge of SOA & Web Services standards.
 • Fluent in English both spoken and writing
 
 Qualifications for Directory Service
 • Must have administrator experience in Directory. Preferably SunOne Directory Server.
 • Good experience with Unix/Solaris, Unix scripting and Perl
 • Familiar with SunOne 6.3 Directory Proxy Server
 • Maintains strict change control of directory services infrastructure
 • Must have administrator experience in Directory. Preferably SunOne Directory Server.
 • Familiar with Critical Path Meta Directory Server and Directory Server
 • Familiar with Active Directory
 • Fluent in English both spoken and writing
 • Good communication and business requirements understanding skills
 
 

Qualifications for SAP/ERP related Support(Locate in Wuhan)

 

• Procurement/Data/Technical Analyst, Data Migration SME, SAP functional consultant, Local/Regional/Global Functional Coordinator,E2E, Security Basis, Deployment Project Manager, support manager ,MDM.
• Strong Communication (phone and written)
• Solid verbal and written English skills(Must)
• Manage time and commit to deadlines agreed with customer
• More than one year SAP ERP Experience(FI/CO,MM,SD,PS); experience on SAP/ERP migration projects.
• Familiar with accounting process(Balance sheet, P&L, Invoice etc)/Procurement Process(Purchasing, Delivery, Invoice etc.)
• Experience on configuring SAP and documenting requirements(nice to have)
• 1-5 years in ERP project support role or in like roles/businesses.(nice to have
• ABAP Experience (nice to have)
• SAP Techno-functional skills(nice to have)

28-35岁。执行SAP R/3任务及日常维护工作。管理并熟悉UNIX系统及ROACLE数据库，操作系统安全管理，数据库及用户权限管理，中小型网络管理。直辖市本地与远程用户。1-3年IT或高科技领域工作经验。
