Key Responsibilities
ER
l Supports, guides and coaches both managers and employees on ER related issues.
l Responds to employee queries in a timely manner.
l Under the direction of General Manager, HR Manager and Legal, manage updates to local policies, offer letter template and Employee Handbook.
l Works with HR outsourcing vendor to manage labor relate and benefits related issue, such as annual leave management, insurance reimbursement, etc.
l Liaise with vendor to manage company internal regulations and keep all the internal rules are comply with local laws.
Employee Induction
l Maintains employee files and records, processes change-of-status forms, compiles statistics and provides information to employees on matters pertaining to forms and records.
l Manages new hire orientation program.
l Creates new starter kits for all employees.
l Processes all new hire paperwork.
Payroll
l Works with China HR team and outsourced payroll vendors to manage the payroll process for China.
l Acts as primary point of contact to payroll related queries.
Recruitment
l Coordinate the recruitment process for managers, scheduling interviews, etc.
l Conducts reference checks for indentified candidates.
l Prepare the employment contracts.
Qualification
l Bachelor degree or above.
l 1-3 years Human Resources generalist or specialist experiences in compensation and benefits function.
l Mandarin skill is essential.
l English skill is essential.
l Recruiting experiences will be preferred.
l Local based working in HR function will be preferred
l Knowledge of legislation which govern employment policies and practices.
l Knowledge of local Labor Law is essential.
l Knowledge of local compensation strategies and practices.
l Strong communication skills are needed, along with the ability to work well within a team.
l Must be organized, detail and process oriented.
l Must be skilled in use of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio.

l按照当地法律法规及时更新offer letter和员工手册以及HR方面的制度和政策
l与HR供应商紧密合作,管理员工薪酬福利、保险、假期、报销等HR相关工作。
l与供应商紧密合作,保证公司的各项HR制度符合国家的各项法律法规。
l新员工入职后的公司文化和制度方面的讲解和引导。
l为新员工申请各种权限的开通。
l处理所有HR相关的新员工入职事宜。
薪酬福利相关事宜
l与中国总部HR合作,同时与HR供应商合作,处理每月薪酬相关事宜。
l与HR供应商合作,梳理薪酬发放流程,保证每月工资和工资明细按时发到员工账户中。
l负责当地员工保险等相关事务。
l年度公共假期的方案建议和计划的准备和提交。
招聘
l执行招聘流程,预约面试,提供面试登记表等候选人材料。
l维护招聘网站,随时更新职位信息。
l对候选人进行背景调查,同时收集意向性的候选人的个人资料。
l准备新员工的劳动合同等入职材料。
候选人必备的条件:
l大学本科或以上学历
l1-3年人力资源管理的工作经验
l通晓中文,能够进行中文的邮件、口头沟通
l通晓英文,能够进行英文的邮件、口头沟通
l有招聘经验
l有印度当地HR工作经验者优先考虑
l通晓印度劳动法
l通晓印度HR相关的各项法律法规
l通晓印度福利相关的规定,例如保险规定、各种假期的规定
l良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
l有组织性和计划性,注重细节、过程和结果
l能够熟练应用Microsoft office工具
