Summary of Job Function :
工作职责

-Take responsibility for purchase tooling(plastic molding, metal
parts), equipment, assembly line, fixture, spare parts.
负责注塑模具，配件，装配流水线，夹具的采购
-Take responsibility for metal parts purchasing(stamping, die casting, standard parts
负责金属件采购，包括冲压，铸造，标准件
-Set up supplier strategy for related commodity
建立相关供应商及采购策略
-Take the role of program buyer for related project
跟踪相关项目方面的采购
-Cost control and reduction
采购成本的分析

Specific Responsibilities:
具体职能

1.Looking for qualify suppliers for related commodity
寻找合格的供应商。
2. Supplier evaluation
  评估供应商
3. Sourcing, pricing
    寻找供应商及有竞争力的价格。
4. Draft out agreement, issue related purchase order
起草合同及相关采购单
5. Tracking develop situation for related parts, tooling or equipment
   跟踪并相关的采购部件，模具及设备
7. Supporting the logistic team to follow the delivery situation
  支持物流部门跟踪交货情况。

Know-How Requirements
职位要求
1 Familiar with tooling structure, make process, design,

troubleshoot, more than 5 years experience
 熟悉模具结构及模具生产工艺，了解模具设计及模具维修，5年以上相关行业

经历，
2 Familiar with automotive industry, 2 years experience in purchasing

area
熟悉汽车行业，2年以上采购经验，
3 University graduation is needed
大学本科学历
4 English skill; fluent
 良好的英语技能。
