Legal Department（法务部）

 

Based in Southern China (Shenzhen/Guangzhou) locally

It is allowable to have like 20% work in GZ, but SZ must be a regular working base.

 

Budgeted Salary for the position (if known):  8K/mth (gross), more or less

 

 

Requirements:

 

²        At least 3 years working experience in multi-national company for legal function or law firm with experience serve global clients

²        China law Bar qualification

²        LLB degree is a must, LLM or overseas education background is a plus

²        IP strength is a must, prefer to have local governmental background

²        Excellent skill of report drafting, with capacity of legal analysis in English and Chinese

²        Proactive, team player with capacity of inter-personal communication skill

²        General understanding of business world and international transactions.
