Under general direction of VP Sales and Marketing, perform highly involved duties to support Sales development and Key Product penetration in the Production Cutting Bandsaw market throughout the Asian region.
Work with the bandsaw sales engineers to identify and develop key end user business across the region with the aim of reaching 100 key users, each with $100k purchasing power.
Drive new business growth aggressively.
Plan, organise and stimulate the education of the bandsaw specialist group. Identify weaknesses and design training programmes to develop the key competencies of the sales engineers. Conduct at least 3 classroom Application Training seminars per year using the local training facilities and support the ongoing development with field training.
Participate/co-ordinate in field testing evaluation of prototype products and give feedback to the Research & Development team at Lenox for ongoing development of Key Products and services. Become an active partner to the R&D department.
Responsible for the regional end user database and to ensure that it is regularly updated.
Create demand for our Production Cutting Bandsaws, through end user contact, direct field testing/cost per cut analysis. Carbide bandsaws are the strategic door opener and follow-through with Bimetal bandsaws
Develop contacts with Local Bandsaw Machine Manufacturers to keep up to date with developments and to ensure that Lenox products feature prominently at exhibitions etc.
Build a strong level of market intelligence on trends and competitive conditions in the Region with ongoing feedback to the marketing department. 联系人：Alice Xu
