Job Specification:
Develop and execute process improvement projects in Modern Trade area
across PRC to drive business excellence
Responsible for establishing and monitoring KPIs in Modern Trade
area to ensure focuses on key business priorities
Communicate progress, status and issues to business leaders
Listen to customers feedback to capture voice of customer for
continuous improvement
Requirement:
Ability to translate strategic directives into action plans
Proficient in problem analytical and solving skills, like Six Sigma
tools, activity based analysis, etc.

Role of Modern Trade Account Receiver:
Provide regular KPI Report relating to order quantity, delivery time,
OTIF & Delivery in Full, bill accuracy, customer payment time, etc. to
Modern Trade Team;
Communicating with local sales team and customer to get information &
suggestion to improve company's procedure together with Key Account
Manager.
