Materials Planner 物料计划
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the material purchasing planning, coordinate with buyer make evaluation to the vendors.
2. Responsible for the factory scheduling and work order tracing, evaluate site performance.
3. Optimizing production availability to meet customer commitments, developing plans to meet product strategies in a team environment with division, engineering, finance, and quality groups; improve overall schedule performance.
4. Checking inventory reports and data accordingly, improve inventory control performance.
5. Familiar I&E operation process and 3PL management, assistant Materials manager control the 3PL performance.
6. Work is varied and generalized within broad guidelines, requiring flexibility and judgment.
Qualification:
1. BA/BA and 2+ years experience in production planning, industrial engineering, or related field are required, have MRPII background is necessary; Import and export experience is required,.
2. Relies on strong interpersonal and communication skills well as excellent analytical and problem solving abilities to resolve issues within cross-functional teams as well as across multiple organizations;
3. Must have excellent organizational, communication, and data analysis skills.
4. PC skills a must, Access is one of the main tools used; therefore candidate also should be very comfortable working within Excel spreadsheets;
5. Teamwork sprite, leadership, CET4 is required.
6. Shanghai dialect is preferred.
