<p>创意很棒!我感觉市场运作很难,饼干市场已定天下,达能等都有自己的忠实顾客,达能等品牌将饼干做的也很到位,针对各种人群进行了市场细分。其实饼干最吸引人的是口味,美福莱没有制作经验,其新产品在口味.质量上处于竞争劣势。“红了网络饭饭”的创意很好,在短期内能吸引大量顾客,但是在长时间竞争中,达能等品牌再来争夺市场,其产品竞争力自然会下降,市场份额缩小,由于其产品单一,企业竞争力差,该策划很可能失败。</p>

<p>叶总最擅长的就是短期,他的案例基本都是短期获利,长期完蛋;缺乏战略眼光,这从一个侧面说明中国市场的悲哀!缺乏长期眼光,如果能够结合起来就好了。</p>
