<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1. </FONT>工商管理、人力资源管理、社会学、心理专业等本科以上学历<FONT face="Times New Roman"> <p></p></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2. </FONT>至少具备五年以上人力资源工作的实践经验或管理咨询经验，有知名公司或外企从业经历者优先考虑<FONT face="Times New Roman"> <p></p></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3. </FONT>具备人力资源管理专业知识，主持或参与过大中型企业员工任职资格评价、人才测评、胜任力模型开发、职业生涯设计、薪酬与考核、人力资源规划等咨询项目<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">4. </FONT>独立担任过两个以上的人力资源咨询项目经理，具有良好的项目管理经验<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5. </FONT>熟悉人力资源管理咨询方法与工具；<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">6. </FONT>具备良好的分析、解决复杂问题的能力<FONT face="Times New Roman"> <p></p></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">7. </FONT>具有优秀的项目组织能力，良好的沟通与协调水平<p></p></P>
