<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5.1.1</FONT>通过招聘方式进入公司的试用期职员,其薪级应由本部门负责人在大幅度考核后提出建议,填写《》(附<FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>),经行政人事部、主管领导审核,总经理批准确定。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5.1.2</FONT>通过毕业分配方式直进入公司的试用期职员,其薪级由行政人事部提出建议,填写《职员薪级调整表》,主管领导审核,总经理批准确定。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5.1.3</FONT>试用期职员如在职时即担任总部课长以上行政职务,或分公司财务经理经理、副经理、经理等行政职务者,薪级一般应确定为其职务相应的下限薪级标准。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5.1.4</FONT>试用期职员如在入职时未担任以上行政职务者,根据表<FONT face="Times New Roman">5-1</FONT>执行表中“试用期职员学历”均指国家承认的学历标准。用人部门在给有<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>年以上工作经验的试用期职员确定试用期薪级时,应根据试用人员的能力、经验及试用职位的工作复杂程度,在上限范围内酌情考虑。基本原则:有<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>年以上工作经验的技术系列试用人员,每满<FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>年薪级可上调节器<FONT face="Times New Roman">3-5</FONT>级,最多不能超过同等到学历的上限;有<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>年以上工作经验的非技术系列试用人员,每满<FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>年薪级可上调节器<FONT face="Times New Roman">1-3</FONT>级,最多不能超过同等到学历的上限。<p></p></P>
