<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">王迟的性子是逢山开路,遇水搭桥。他一边在北京上学,一边经常跑回唐山,开始了漫长的培养客户的过程。在报纸上打广告效果不彰,于是,他们就印刷了很多小宣传单,骑着摩托车到各个市场和居民区里散发,殷殷地跟别人解释开锁公司到底是干什么的。临走的时候还给居委会大妈们留一打小名片,叮嘱有居民遇到开不开锁的事情就给人家。</SPAN>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">王迟发现,要想树立有信誉有实力的形象,有自己的店面很重要,再说人家等遇到了事也知道到哪里去找你。于是他在唐山最繁华的大街上买了一套房子,改造成店面。房子靠近百货大楼,离麦当劳不到</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>300</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">米,做了个大橱窗,打出“王氏”的大招牌。买房子的时候花了十几万,谁都说买贵了,等做好了谁都说便宜,全当广告牌用都赚了。</SPAN> <P align=center class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; TEXT-INDENT: 21.1pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.55pt"><B><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">开门之前先“把门”</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></B>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">唐山的街上第一次有了穿着统一制服、佩戴标牌的开锁人。“王氏”的所有员工出工时必须随身携带公司的相关证件副本,作业流程都有正规的作业单。在开锁业中,他们还开了一个先河——要求客户必须出示相关证件才能开锁。本来天经地义的事情,但是在开锁业中,很少有人真正恪守,那不是把到手的生意往外推吗?</SPAN>
