<p>美资公司招聘一位质量经理的职位，下面是职位描述：</p><p>Job Description</p><p>Job Title/职位: Quality Manager /质量经理 <br/>Dept/部门: Quality Department/质量部 <br/>Reports to/上司: General Manager/总经理 <br/>Controls下属人数: 8 </p><p>Summary of Job Function/工作职责：</p><p> Establishment, operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Enterprise Management System;<br/>公司管理体系的建立、运行、维护和持续改进，<br/> Set-up, enhance and improve quality control system, to guarantee the product Quality to meet customers' quality requirement.<br/>公司质量控制体系的建立、加强和改进，以保证产品质量满足顾客的质量要求<br/> Select & conduct suppliers to improve their quality control & assurance system accordingly.<br/>选择和指导供应商改进其质量控制和保证体系<br/> Business process operation improvement & excellence by using advanced management methods and tools. /采用先进的管理方法和工具来改进业务过程绩效<br/>Know-How Requirements/职位要求：<br/>1. Bachelor of Engineering or Science degree or equivalent plus minimum 2 years of supervisory experience./至少工科或理科学士毕业有最少两年的主管经验；</p><p>2. Advance SPC/SQC skills./丰富的SPC/SQC技能</p><p>3. Ability to read and comprehend drawing and customer specifications./能够阅读和理解图纸和顾客规范要求；</p><p>4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal./好的书面和口头交流技能</p><p>5. Ability to interact with all levels of line and staff employees./与各层次员工交流的能力</p><p>6. Have strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities./强的分析、数据整理和推理能力</p><p>7.
