Job Description

Job Title/职位:   Quality Manager /质量经理        
Dept/部门:      Quality Department/质量部   
Reports to/上司:  General Manager/总经理                          
Controls下属人数:  8  

Summary of Job Function/工作职责：

  Establishment, operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Enterprise Management System;
公司管理体系的建立、运行、维护和持续改进，
  Set-up, enhance and improve quality control system, to guarantee the product Quality to meet customers' quality requirement.
公司质量控制体系的建立、加强和改进，以保证产品质量满足顾客的质量要求
  Select & conduct suppliers to improve their quality control & assurance system accordingly.
选择和指导供应商改进其质量控制和保证体系
  Business process operation improvement & excellence by using advanced management methods and tools. /采用先进的管理方法和工具来改进业务过程绩效
Know-How Requirements/职位要求：
1. Bachelor of Engineering or Science degree or equivalent plus minimum 2 years of supervisory experience./至少工科或理科学士毕业有最少两年的主管经验；

2. Advance SPC/SQC skills./丰富的SPC/SQC技能

3. Ability to read and comprehend drawing and customer specifications./能够阅读和理解图纸和顾客规范要求；

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal./好的书面和口头交流技能

5. Ability to interact with all levels of line and staff employees./与各层次员工交流的能力

6. Have strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities./强的分析、数据整理和推理能力

7. Self-motivated and willing to accept responsibility.自我激励和勇于承担职责

8. Be able to carry out the objectives prescribed by the General Manager./能执行总经理下达的目标
