LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: ''; mso-hansi-font-family: '';">为什么会这样呢?正如克劳士比在《质量无泪》中所讲,是否改进质量就在于领导的意念,如果领导发自内心地认为质量就是生存之道,那么他一定会象爱护自己的生命一样关心产品的质量。在多数中国的企业里,还是人本位的管理模式,领导的意志比企业制度与规程更加有执行力。领导仅在公开场合说关注质量还是不够的。有一首老歌唱到“你能象你说过的那样爱我吗”,这句话绝少有人敢于回答,因为人类的弱点就是承诺太多,实践太少,还会找各种理由来为自己开脱,企业行为与人类个体的行为多么相象!所以执行对于有些人永远是个不简单的问题,而实际上“不简单”就是把简单的事情一次一次重复,每一次都做好。这需要的是扎扎实实的工作,是真正贯彻到企业从上到下的执行机构中的统一行为。而所谓的方法、思想如果得不到不贯彻,是无法真正被企业接受的。这种表现就是大家被它们炫目的光环所吸引,而这只能远观不能近赏,没有解决企业的根本问题,企业仍然忙于到处救火;随着时间流逝,光环毕竟会褪去,而企业救火之后只要有喘息之机,就会“好了伤疤忘了疼”,又开始挑选时下流行的新思潮了。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt;
