In some cases, of course, it would be wrong opinion of only focusing on the degree. However, how can we balance them? The certificate would be a better approach to prove yourself and to convince us that you can handle the case and take over the job. Through communication or conversation, of course, I know some of your characters or understand a little bit your capabilities or even so-called core competencies. However, I cannot employ someone who can just make me feel happy or comfortable in the conversation. I cannot invest the money in those people. The high risk , i must face. In another case, If you got any previous experience and without any certificates behind you, I can definitely accept it that you may have certain abilities and social experience or personal skills due to your former working. These may bring the profits to our business. Nevertheless, I do remember one principle that the previous experience would be the reason of your tomorrow's failure. Therefore,that will be my most worrying thing. So....How should we do? |
