国庆节前,在“书虫”公司又发生了一个关于技术沟通的案例:
某日,技术部发出了以下一份会议纪要,要求各部门参照执行:
1. Create the new part No. 204231202/204231229 for the old knives in our warehouse and stock knives from our supplier; 2. Unquality knives (untread from Germany) will be book in new part No. 3. PS. Dept. order all old knives for supplier’s stock.(Maybe 180 pieces) 4. Warehouse change the part No. for all stock old knives, will book in new part No. Then warehouse book out all old knives to XXX assemble group . 5. We will use up the old knives for Chinese market. When we use up the old knives, we will use the new knives (Part No.204231200). TD. will change the part list(204231202/204231229) before it be released . 6. Workshop will care the old knives to use Chinese machine. The new knives will be used Oversea market. 7. XX also use the part No.204231200/204231228 release order to our SH company for spare parts .
“书虫”随后嘱咐底下工程师对上述措施计划作口头翻译,并对相关检验员做专题培训:
Dear all, 关于XXX机型国产刀片IQC的后续管理请参阅附件,小郭可将会议纪要的内容与小李、小谢作一讲解翻译,谢谢!
