mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">什么时候是在忽悠客户。曾经有人说过,咨询师非常重要的一点,要有“把复杂问题变简单”的能力,更要有“把简单问题变复杂”的能力,而后者则绝对是在忽悠人,在咨询(包括培训等)项目中,我觉得,只要我能够清楚的让客户弄明白这几个问题,咨询就是成功的:现在的问题是什么?为什么会产生这个问题?它会造成怎样的影响?应该如何去解决――思路?有哪些方案?如何评估决策?如何实施?及实施中问题的处理。做咨询一定要有广阔的理论和实践经验,但是这绝不是我们呈现给客户的,对客户来讲,越简单越好。所以,咨询不代表出的报告越多越厚就越好。</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 18pt;
