[原创]公司的“五个层次需求”理论
<p> 耳熟能详的是马斯洛的人的五个层次的需求理论,而《吉野家的逆境经营学》中提到,安部修仁的经营哲学中,公司也有五个层次的需求。</p><p> 马斯洛将人的五个层次需求阐述为“基本生理需求”、“安全需求”、“社会需求”、“尊重需求”和“自我实现需求”。安部修仁认为,公司的需求相应地也有以下几个方面:首先是事业能够继续开展下去的“基本生理需求”,能够持续盈利的“安全需求”;接下来是能够维持与同行其他公司水平受益相当的“社会需求”,能够被社会认可的“自尊需求”;最后是成为业内佼佼者的“自我实现需求”。</p>
