<p> 拜读了楼主的文章,觉得楼主提到的是一个很严重的问题:企业生存的根本。对于此个问题,本人暂时解读不出来。</p><p> 不过,就楼主提出的这个问题,我也说说我的见解:说到中国公司为什么不能铸就企业本身的企业文化,从而使员工产生向心力,凝聚力,忠诚度。在看待这个问题的时候,本人觉得,我们应该站在更高的角度来看这个问题:中国的社会文化,社会公德。</p><p> 中国五千年的历史,有将近两千年的历史中是奉承一个儒家思想的(这个思想不用我再解释了)但进入现代,在鸦片战争后,中国人就将自己的这个国粹--儒家思想进行了全面的否定,从而衍生了许许多多,造成了思想混乱,进而使中国的社会文化,社会公德土崩瓦解。试想一下,在没有根的情况下,我们现在谈论的这个还有必要吗?</p>

<p>文化是一个企业很多东西的沉淀,</p><p>好的文化不仅可以为企业创造价值,还能保证企业的基业长青!!</p>

能用行动拥护企业文化的,才可以说接受了企业文化;而并附着在口头和表面。

<p>楼主~!你说的很对至少我赞同~!</p><p>一个企业的文化不是全体员工的文凭 而是企业的素质~!</p><p>一个没素质的企业我真不感想会是什么样~!</p><p>我想做人要是能做到诚实,规矩,谦逊 那做企业真的就应该是你说的那十个字了吧!~</p><p>虽然我不是很懂 但 我赞同~!1</p>

《亮剑》这部片子相信很多人都看过,其实道理差不多。

<p>有点片面~~</p><p>其实我们国家的很多人都想一点,就是人性化管理~~~</p><p>但人性化是建立在好的行为准则,好的职业素养基础上的~~~</p><p>其实,我们是不是应该想一下我们的教育呢?</p><p></p>
