在职过程中，要让员工真正感受到被重视，需要领导的实际行动，而不是口头的夸夸其谈，这一点没几个中国企业能够真正做到，国企受尊重的是学历，外企受尊重的是人才和礼貌。
说得在理，HR应该从中受益。
