<p>其实,现在人力资源专业的学生不少,但企业一般不愿要人力资源科班出身的人力资源工作者,大部分是企业内部提拔,且非人力资源专业。同时,因人力资源专业毕业的学生找不到本专业的工作,干脆从事其它工作。我们一般的观念是:第一份工作基本决定你的职业路线。因此,科班出身的人力资源工作者就这样被大量埋没了。大家认为对不?</p>

科班出身很重要么?现在竞争比较激烈,非科班出身的hr能够坚持作好hr工作,没有被淘汰,就证明是能够适应现阶段需求的了。供求决定价值,科班出身确没有坚持在hr岗位上工作或者晋升,还不是不专业。<div>同意7楼,自身修炼很重要</div>
