SQA/IQA Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Supplier audit.

· Supplier qualification

· First Article Approval

· Supplier rating

· Supplier development

· Supplier disqualification

· Handle Incoming daily issues & ensure incoming parts and components meet specifications & requirements

· Develop Inspection Instructions / Checklist, Procedures … & etc to facilitate inspection activities

· Resolve material quality with vendor & follow-up with Corrective Action

· Monitor major vendors performance & drive for continuous improvement

· Chair Material Review Board

· Ensure all in-house equipments due for calibration are properly recalled & calibrate

Train inspectors in handling, inspecting and testing of newly approved parts.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or equivalent majoring in mechanical/electrical engineering or automation

· At least five years practical experience in quality management function, preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture in a manufacturing environment

· Experience with metrology and material science

· Engineering experience with graphics equipment a plus

· Experience with quality control and testing

· Knowledge of CAD and 3D-measuring device experience

· Ability to read blue-prints and other engineering designs

· Good English language skills both verbally, reading and in writing, German knowledge a plus
