BU Manager/Director

Job Duties:

1          Responsible for achieving the revenue and gross margin set and agreed with the management;

2          Collect and consolidate market/competitors information, analyse and propose solutions to ensure that the company remains competitive;

3          Develop existing customers by anticipating and proactive in meeting their needs with view of long-term business relationship;

4          Work closely with various operations units to support viable business positions to achieve excellent service quality standards, thereby maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty;

5          Manage the excess and obsolescence materials to the lowest possible level for both customers and the company;

6          Responsible to drive inter-plant product transfer and NPI according to the time line set by customers and the company.

 

Job requirements:

1          A degree with at least 3 years experience as a Business Manager, preferably in            EMS environment;

2          Track records in customer management

3          Able to work independently and demonstrate good team work;

4          Positive attitude

5          Good communications and negotiation skill
