Title: eMarketing Project Manager
Location: Shanghai
Job Output
This position will focus on effectively supporting and coordinating North Asian eMarketing initiatives on a day-to-day basis between business units and Corporate eMarketing development resources.
Key Processes
1. Responsible for the web content completeness and freshness for North Asia (region)
2. Responsible for coordinating resources (internal & external) involved in web projects and for delivering all web related projects schedule following approved eMarketing processes and procedures.
3. Responsible for coordinating off line marketing initiatives with the creative effort of on-line presentation for **in the region
4. Responsible for web product data completeness and integrity for **in the region.
5. Assist marketing and sales teams to develop communication and promotional plans leveraging emails and relationship marketing tools
6. Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the ** web traffic changes, SEO rankings and overall site performance in the region (user behavior, most popular products, subject of interest, popular links, domains availability, ranking on Google etc.)
7. Providing effective trainings and presentations about the ** internet capabilities and serve as a help desk support for **internal and external customers in the region
8. Ensuring effective communication between sales team, marketing team and eMarketing for ** Europe

IT Manager
AITS programmers and user experience specialists from Corporate EBusiness and eMarketing teams

Leadership Accountabilities
The person will lead both small and large multi-functional teams of constituents (eMarketing International BU Marketing team, eMarketing Builder team, multi-functional team for projects like product data synchronization, etc.)

Local vendors providing web services, (e.g. content production, SEO, image processing, animations … etc)

Project delivered on time & budget
• ABP product data completeness on the web
• Marketing content freshness on the web.
• Ranking of ** web site on key local Search Engine sites
• Timeliness and effectiveness of new product /program launches on the ** web site.
• Number of monthly distributed customer contacts and sales leads from the web to appropriate sales teams
Value Added Activities
• Provide web presentations & training to architects, distributors & **’s sales force.
• Establish and manage localized ** e-mail marketing campaigns.
• Establish and manage ** e-learning modules in North Asia.
