RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Management
· Maximises group/group revenue via optimising quality customer base
· Formulates and implement sales strategies

· Ensures compliance and integrity of Rate Structure

Operational Excellence
· Establish and monitor KPIs for the sales team members In conjunction with the

Leading the Business Development & Asset Management team, you will be responsible

for:

. Overall planning and implementation of the company’s expansion and asset

management strategies

. Sourcing, evaluating and structuring of investment proposals and management

contracts

. Conducting market reviews and feasibility studies

. Coordinating projects to achieve cost effectiveness and timely completion

. Establishing strategic business alliances with other companies

Frequent travel within China is expected. You should have at least a Degree in a

financial discipline with a minimum 8 years’ experience in deal execution, preferably in

real estate and/or hospitality industry. Fluent written and spoken Mandarin is a

manage existing accounts held and assist in the securing of new business
? Work with clients in developing design

? Cooperate and liaise with other consultants in meeting the Client’s

requirement
? Manage and oversee site construction work and provide best value engineering
? Coordinate with Move Companies

in the logistic move of the Client
? Prepare all hand-over documentation and installation manual and liaison during the

defect liability period
? Establish long-term relationships with local Design, Contracting, Vendors and Move Companies

Establish long-term relationships with building management offices and related governmental bodies

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or Civil Engineering background preferred
?

Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in project development of Real Estate company or related industry, must have

extensive experience in project management
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Proficiency in spoken and

written English; Good PC skill
? Mature, honest and reliable, hardworking style with team work spirit
