Pay, competitive, including relocation and housing

Key Skills:

1.      Management of manufacturing finance group for 5 years

2.      General accounting skills, CPA preferred or equivalent, strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and CH GAAP.  Knowledge of ERP systems required.

3.      Cost Accounting: knowledge of process costing in the semiconductor industry, or similar high tech manufacturing environment.

4.      Detail oriented, yet able to interact well with other top management for good cross-functional cooperation

5.      Good knowledge of local and national tax laws, free trade export zones, currency exchange regulations.

6.      Excellent people management skills, proven track record in recruiting and building a strong finance team.

7.      Mandarin speaker, with good English communication skills.
