Reaxys高级技巧：利用默认结构式编辑器检索化学文献

1. 设置检索结构式中的若干原子的取代：
Selection tool → More button（ ） → button → Close button → (S6) appear；
Selection tool → press（ ）key → Type an "S6" → (S6) appear.
2. 阻塞检索结构式中若干原子的取代
Selection tool → More button（ ）→ button → Close button → (S*) appear；
Selection tool → press（ ）key → Type an "S*" → (S*) appear；
3. 设置取代基（非氢）数目（Substitution Count）
Selection tool → press（ ）key → Type an "Sn" → (Sn) appear.
4. 设置Atom List 查询条件（Create an Atom List）
Selection tool → More button → Periodic Table → Atom List →Select atom. Click Close.
5. 定义位置固定取代基R 的具体内容（R groups）
选择结构式中取代基所在位置的原子；键入“R1”；
画出取代基对应的若干子结构片段，选取全部结构片段后键入“R1”；
在鼠标尖显示“R1”时点击每个子结构片段中与结构式中相连接的原子。

使用Arrow Tool；m + 数字设定编号；Automapper Tool。
7. CrossFire 结构编辑器启用
CrossFire 结构编辑器是CrossFire Commander 的一部分，Reaxys只有安装CrossFire Commander
后才能使用。但CrossFire Commander 的连接设置却包含在默认编辑器插件里。
8. 不定位的R 取代基的查询
（1）画出检索的母体结构式；（2）在母体结构式中定义R1 基团（选择末端原子 → 点
击右键 → Edit Atom → R-group → R1）；（3）画出R1 基团的结构或者原子，选择画出
的R1 基团，键入“R1”；（4）定义R1 Engineering Village 基团中的连接端原子；（5）定义R1 的次数（Chemistry
→ Attribute → R-Logic）。
9. ChemAxon MarvinSketch Template Library Manager
Insert → Template Library Manager.
