No problems can be solved in a short time. Do not hope that take one step to clear them.
Give yourself three months, or evern longer, to solve these problems step by step.
Tactics:
1, To find out outWhether these several employees are in one group or not
2 If they are in one group, please be careful. Think about how to separate them. To find out who is the weakest link and who is the strongest link. (If you cannot understand how to do, ask me further)
3, If they are not in group, fire one (the strongest) of them. Please deliver one message that no one can threaten the company.
Please do remember one principle. Be afraid of losing something, you will lose everything which you may have. As long as you can keep your company alive, other things, you definitely can lose. ( Please tell your employees that you can lose all of them, because you are the best! ) (Of course, it is a lie, but, you need to make them understand that they are not the most important thing, otherwise, they will find your weakness and control you.
PS: The most important thing is to consider that why your company cannot control these employees and why the problems happened. Please build the suitable system to prevent them happening again and to limit the employees' power. Otherwise, the serious more problems will come out.
