各位厦门的家人,
我现在厦门大学上IMBA，因为我们的组织行为学老师要求我们在厦门找一家高科技公司规模不限，并了解该公司的关于组织行为这方面的内容如
a.        History
i.        How did the company start?  
ii.        Who founded it, and why?
iii.        Corporate goals, then and now (any change?  Why?)
      
b.        Why has the company been successful in the past?  (Both BP and OB)
i.        Company philosophy
ii.        Motivation systems
iii.        Training programs
iv.        Management style (superior leadership, delegation, risk taking, entrepreneurial, decision-making styles)
v.        Technological advantages
vi.        Market advantages
vii.        Job design
等等。
我们会将要了解的内容先用邮件发给他们，然后约定一个时间去他们公司了解，回来后会对了解到的情况作详细的分析，最后将分析的报告作为作业上交，同时交一份给该公司。

还有一点要说明的是我们决对不会防碍该公司的正常工作。我们组织行为学的老师是位老美，很较真不敢怠慢。

因为刚才厦门不久，对厦门不熟悉，在此只好麻烦厦门的家人了引荐一家公司。
