Job Profile: · Set up and maintain the client Standard Operation Process · Conduct quality control and trouble shooting on the monthly payroll processing, mandatory benefits administration, individual income tax declaration and other HR daily activities strictly based on the SOP and requirements documents · Maintain good client relationship by interacting with client counterpart regarding data collection, data correction and day-to-day operational needs · Handle employee inquiry · Assist in client requirements change definition and system testing · Assist in project planning, implementation and on-going process control and improvement, and operation resource management
Qualification: · University degree · At least 3 year HR administration experience · Good communication skills both in Chinese and English · Excellent PC skills especially in excel · Sense of risk control and long-term client relationship management · Nice, smart, patient and logical thinking Human Recourse Senior Consultant Job Description:
· Develop Human Capital strategies and roadmaps · Develop Human Capital metrics that measure ROI of HR interventions · Consult on workforce planning and succession planning · Consult on organizational development and effectiveness · Consult on workforce engagement and organization culture · Consult on M&A due diligence and integration · Develop Competency and leadership profiles.
Requirements:
· Minimum of six years' experience in business development and project management in HR consulting specializing in rewards · BA/BS degree in Human Resources or relevant majors. · Must be a team player with strong client-focus · Strong business drive · Strong technical skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint · Strong proposal preparation skills · Ability to consult to senior individuals within client/prospect organizations · Demonstrated expertise in specific market segments. · Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese or Japanese.
