地点:上海 公司背景:世界500强 电子制造公司 Job Descriptions • In charge of training for all business units in China in the function such as leadership, management, HR, supply chain, finance etc. • Make up annual training plan as per business demands and strategies, professional competency build up plan, the results from performance management and Corporate initiative and guideline. • Work closely with different plants in each business unit throughout the whole training process and training plans • Work closely with Corporate training team to fully utilize the resources available from Corporate and roll out the training programs. • Review training process to optimize the effectiveness of training and formalize it. • Source suitable training providers with cost effectiveness and high quality. • Identify and develop internal trainers team to deliver the required training. • Relative reports and other assignment by manager.
