JD:                  - This position is located in Beijing, PRC
- Lead a team to do integration test execution and development.
- Be a focal contact point to SWIFT management and team in US.
- Make decision on daily task priority and escalate problem to proper parties.
- Resolve resource contention daily and escalate critical issues in a time-fashion.
- Communicate project status directly to US team.
- Assist the team members to resolve any technical issues or escalate to external teams.
- Be responsible on meeting project schedule and roadmap.
Interacts with product teams and developers constantly.

Experience and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience.
- Fundamental knowledge of Linux and Unix internal.
- Strong knowledge of Simplified Chinese Locale.
- 4+ yrs of commercial software test experience or the equivalent, with at least 3 years in database install, configure, tuning and testing
- 4+ yrs Unix (one of the following: Solaris, AIX, HP/UX or Linux) test experience, including installation, patch, system diagnosis, etc.
- Strong testing and system administration experience with platform of Solaris, AIX, Linux or HP-UX.
- 2+ years of strong experience in VERITAS products, including VM, FS, NBU, VCS, etc.
- Good programming skills with C, Shell and Perl required.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required in both Chinese and English.
- Good knowledge of best in breed test processes and methodologies with strong quality orientation, QA (Quality Assurance) required.
- Good knowledge of VRTS products (NBU, FS, VM & CVS) is a plus
- Highly flexibility on assisting on and moving to other projects based on business needs.
Fluent in both Chinese and English
