译文是否准确，要看上下文，比如，such prices指代？
arms-length有一正一反的意思，也要根据上下文去理解。它的意思为：附近的、距离近的；（保持）一定距离的、疏远的。
如：keep sb at arm's length避免与某人接近、同某人保持一定的距离

买方按此价格从卖方处购买产品再销售，该价格和条款可以由买卖双方不时修订，倘若价格定位在某一水平和范围内且构成了双方的长期交易。
