Position：Facility Manager
Reporting To:
Ø
Plant Manager

Main Responsibilities:
Ø
Setup/supervise/manage Facilities Management staffs
Ø
Develop operating and capital budgets for facilities, facilities group savings targets
Ø
Assure optimal functioning of building systems (HVAC, fire/life safety equipment, elevators, etc.)
Ø
Identify and implement savings initiatives
Ø
Implement EHS programs
Ø
Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for facilities
Ø
Coordinate/manage service contract requirements and associated vendors
Ø
Ensure adherence to Facilities Management Policies and Procedures
Ø
Develop/maintain positive relationships with internal/external customers and facilities staff

General Profile:
Ø
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or Facility/Engineering Management
Ø
Minimum 8+ years experience in Facilities Management at supervisory level and 5+ relevant working experience, battery industry background preferable
Ø
Working experience in Manufacturing Plant especially for vacuum system, clean room environment preferable
Ø
Demonstrated strong ownership, leadership, and management skills
Ø
Be detail oriented, analytical and demonstrated supervisory skills
Ø
Strong communication skills both in English and Chinese
Ø
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Ø
Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
Ø
To be able to work under pressure
