学权威的理论,用地道的字眼。 这位的权威不用说了。我想背下来也是个好的PRESENTATION。我有全套的,两个多小时,分成十余个文件。 这个资料无论是学习管理还是学习英文都是很棒的。 相信一旦背了下来,在某个场合脱口而出的时候,那。。。。:) 有兴趣的家人就加这个QQ群2998371。我们大家一起听录音、订正文字稿、背诵、ROLEPLAY。 每两周一节,共十余节。 必须交作业,我这个课代表要监督。:) i want we learn from built about craeting an effective process within an organization to produce change. while a number of things should be clear.the first is that to effectively develop strategy, we need to have some kind of formal process for staragic planning.doesnt have to be labray, doesnt require a lot of forms or labray system, but it does have to be formal.because there is enormous difficulty of keeping ones focus on straty in the course/crossing day to day action.now we also know that to effectively develop a stragty, the best way is to use a multifuctional team to get excutives from all parts of the organization together, because that requires to make the accomplish trade off and creat the whole list of thinking that is the asscents of all the great strageties we seen in this program。those multifunctional team must be composed of line executives, the people who can actually have carried these strategy out.now we also know from many companies that to successfully implement a strategy we got to communicate, we got to communicate both inside the organization and outside to our marketplace . now maybe obvious that you need to communicate extranally what your strategy is, but we've seen from a number of cases in this program how important it is for the organization to understand.look how much times and engergy each of these ceos we talked to spent on communication。it takes time to change strategy. we saw in the steel case just how long it reallys takes. it takes times to communicate and inqukt the stragy inside the organization. it takes time for the market to respond.this means that a company must in order to effectively devleop a stragy consistly follow a stragy over a long period time,FLOVting a stragy from year to year alomost guarnteed that competitive advantge will never be gained. measuring how well youare doing in impleting strategy requires company go well beyond financal statement even beyond just market share. look at how steel yields into changing a strategy will still reporting rather media ork financial results. financial results are misleading indic of stragic health.in order to measring how well you really doing, you gotto beyond financial result and try to come up with some underlined measuress of your advantage, like customer survey that says how satisfied your customer are .like continuing study your competitors cost postition,like understanding how your products performing relatively to rirvalrys product. these kind of measures are much more liable indication of stgratic health than finacial results are.finacial restults are good measure of the past not the future, particular in the time of stragic change.finanaly any company have gota to creat a mechanism that foce it to continuily probe and test its stragety for the need of change。these often require sth to going out and talking to your customers in continuingly accessing your competitors and looking aggresivly and widely for technical trend.this is one of the reasons why a formal stragic planning process is so useful. it give you an oppotunity every year to reevealuate your financial results to rethink and test your assumptions.i found from all my experienc that stragic thinking is indeed a scared resources in many many companies.and company that can develop a clear and particularly vision how to compete are the one that are succesccful.many company have attendcy to dress, they have tendcy to imitate their raval, they have tendcy to follow.great companies are not built that way。i hope this prgarm giveing you some pratical ideas for how to devlop a stragety in your copany. there is no company ever masters of stragic analysis, there is always more your can learn about your customers, there is always you can learn about your compietiot and there is more you can technitlogy.great companies are continuly studying their bussiness and try to learn it better.if youc an built your stargety around competitive advanatage, and clearly focused on the industry in which you were competing, ther is no reasons you can't be a supeior performer.
