Finance Manager(工作地点:深圳)
Responsibility (职责): Responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the finance and accounting activities of the organization/project, in compliance with company and parent company policies and procedures, together with local and national government requirements.
Responsibilities typically include: 1. Develops, implements and revises all billing, accounting, cash handling policies, procedures and controls in the project. 2. Administers internal audit projects by identifying potential risk areas within the company and developing audit projects and programs to evaluate and test these areas. 3. Manages bank accounts and loans. 4. Monitors the project accounting systems (local and regional). 5. Prepares budgets, forecasts and strategic plan schedules. 6. Interacts with banks, external consultants, tax authorities and auditors when required. 7. Manages the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets and management reports; provides financial information to management (local, country/zone and regional levels) and shareholders. 8. Ensures compliance of Finance and Accounting activities in the project with parent company, local and national government requirements, policies and procedures. 9. Provides financial analysis and advice to management for capital investment or renewal proposals.
Skills and Qualifications Requires (需具备的技能和条件) 1. Work experience:8yrs+; External audit experience preferred; CPA preferred 2. Education: Master’s Degree 3. Language: Fluent Chinese and English 4. Be a self-motivated and teamwork-oriented leader. The candidate must also have good interpersonal as well as supervisory and management skills. The candidate should have the confidence in managing people, the maturity of working with people at different levels, the stature in commanding the respect from his peers and colleagues 5. Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, quarterly targets and forecasts, month end close activities and ongoing financial analysis and management reporting 6. Familiar with international GAAP, such as IFRS, as well as PRC GAAP and tax laws Thorough knowledge of audit procedures. Administers internal audit projects by identifying potential risk areas within the company and developing audit projects and programs to evaluate and test these areas 7.
