in my points of view, the BPR should have been started several years before. The enterprise has wasted so much sources, pulled back the way of our viechle industry .

if there is no pressure from the market, he would not choose BPR.

anyway, I sincerely wish the BPR reach its goal in shortest time. after all, time left for his change is little. fierce competion will not only be the threat to our country, but also his workers who put all their soul and heart there.
