Responsibilities

 

Lead worldwide Information Technology and Global Supply Chain business transformation projects with a focus on Customer Order Fulfillment, and Order Sourcing and Scheduling business processes.  Job responsibilities include order entry and order management, credit management, billing, disputes and collections, replenishment processes, distribution, returns, order scheduling and sourcing, E2E order execution including order status communications to the customer.

 

Requirements

 

1. Must have experience within a supply chain organization with a strong background in customer order fulfillment business processes. 

2. Primary knowledge of my SAP applications preferred; i2 planning application knowledge secondary.

3. Must also have a background leading business transformation /change management efforts in terms of guiding the business to accept new business processes. 

4. Must   facilitate the detailed planning for the deployment of the corresponding strategic IT applications (SAP and i2 applications).

5. Must exhibit strong leadership skills and ability to guide and develop common worldwide business processes as well as secure acceptance from the global supply chain business community.

6. Proven ability to communicate & coordinate within GSC as well as across other Lenovo functional areas globally.
